O R D E R

The prayer of the petitioner in this case is as under: 'The Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue order direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of MANDAMUS to declare the action of the official respondents in not conducting the investigation in FIR No.130/2015 on the file of Buttaigudem PS as illegal arbitary and contrary to the provisions of Cr.P.C. and consequentially direct the Respondent No.2 to 4 to take appropriate action and submit report to the concerned competent criminal court and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit just and proper in the circumstances of the case.'

The Assistant Sub-Inspector of Police, Buttaigudem Police Station, West Godavari District, furnished written instructions dated 09.03.2016 to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home, wherein he stated that upon the complaint made by the petitioner, Crime No.130 of 2015 had been registered on the file of Buttaigudem Police Station under Sections 341, 427 and 447 IPC read with Section 34 IPC and investigation was taken up. Upon completion of the investigation, the police authorities laid a charge-sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Jangareddygudem and the same was taken on file vide C.C.No.353 of 2016.

A copy of the said charge-sheet is also placed on record. In the light of the aforestated developments, the grievance of the petitioner stands settled.

The writ petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall also stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs. ______________________ SANJAY KUMAR, J 7th APRIL, 2016 PGS
