THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 19890 of 2016 ORDER :

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondent Nos.1 to 4 in interfering with civil dispute with regard to boundary between survey No.199 of Moosapet Village and survey No.376 of Kukatpally Village, between petitioner and respondent No.5, as illegal and arbitrary.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the State of Andhra Pradesh appearing for respondents 1 to 3. Since this Court is not adjudicating the case on merits, it may not be necessary to hear respondent No.5.

3. Grievance of the petitioner appears to be that police are interfering in civil dispute between the petitioner and respondent No.5 and are forcing him to settle the same. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the allegations made in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition are false and that any action taken by police shall be in accordance with law. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of making it clear that any interference shall be in accordance with law. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
