Heard Sri Jalli Kanakaiah, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri D.Ramulu, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3. The only grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is, inaction on the part of the respondents in considering the representation dated 04.08.2016 said to have been submitted by the petitioner for better compensation.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the award enquiry is still pending before the competent authority. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the third respondent to consider the representation dated 04.08.2016 said to have been submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
