HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.45507 of 2016 Order:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the third respondent in interfering with the civil dispute with respect to land in Survey No.357, admeasuring Ac.6.32 cents, situated in Gooty village, Gooty Revenue Mandal, Anantapur district.

Now, a counter affidavit is filed stating that on the complaint of the Inspector-Auditor, A.P. State Wakf Board, Anantapur, a case in Crime No.287 of 2016, dated 26.12.2016, was registered under Sections 447, 427, 506 read with 34 IPC by the third respondent police station against the petitioner and seven (7) others and the investigation is in progress. It is also stated in the counter affidavit that except registering the above case and conducting investigation the third respondent never interfered with the civil disputes of the petitioner.

In view of the same, no further orders can be passed in the present Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
