It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents that the order of suspension, which was the subject matter of the Writ Petition, was subsequently revoked and in view of the same, the Writ Petition has become infructuous and no further orders are necessary.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
