Heard Sri A.Ushi Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Pasham Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the RespondentCorporation. 2.

According to the petitioner, it is registered Bhakta Samajam bearing Registration No.527/2013 under the Societies Registration Act, 2001 and is undertaking programmes with the prior permission of the competent authorities. The complaint of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that though the Respondent authorities sanctioned funds for development of park at Road No.3, Alkapuri Colony, the Contractor to whom the work is entrusted is trying to develop the park situated at Road No.5, Alkapuri Colony. It is the further submission of the learned counsel that if the same is permitted, the residents of the locality will be put to irreparable loss and hardship. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that in fact for redressal of the grievance, petitioner herein submitted a representation to the 3rd respondent on 2.8.2017 and according to the learned counsel for the petitioner though the office of the 3rd respondent received the said representation, no action has been taken on the same. 3.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent Corporation that the petitioner herein can appear before the 3rd respondent in person and the representation said to have been submitted by the petitioner will be considered strictly in accordance with law and appropriate further action will be taken after hearing the petitioner herein.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of, asking the petitioner herein to appear before the 3rd respondent on 16.10.2017 at 3.00 p.m. and after hearing the petitioner herein, the 3rd respondent shall take appropriate action strictly in accordance with law, by passing a reasoned order. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
