HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 2745 of 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not releasing the terminal benefits of the petitioner's husband and not releasing the family pension to the petitioner, as arbitrary and illegal. While admitting the writ petition, this Court directed the respondents to release the terminal benefits and pension to the petitioner as per the eligibility, vide orders dated 16.02.2004 in WPMP No.3606 of 2004.

In view of the interim orders passed by this Court, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
