THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.685 of 2012 ORDER:

The learned counsel for the revision petitioner had filed a memo vide USR no.5657 dated 14.09.2016 before the Registry stating to the effect that though this revision is filed assailing an order dated 24.11.2011 of the learned II Additional District Judge at Adoni passed in CMA.No.5 of 2009, arising out of IA.No.694 of 2008 in OS.No.121 of 2008, since the suit-OS.no.121 of 2008 is at the final stage of disposal, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the revision petition.

Hence, the matter came up today under the caption "For Withdrawal'. Learned counsel for the 1st respondent is present. In view of the contents of the memo, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in this revision petition also shall stand dismissed.
