ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed alleging that Police are not registering the crime against unofficial respondents 6 to 8 on the complaint filed by the petitioner on 19.03.2019. 2.

Material on record would disclose that said complaint was stated to have been sent by Registered Post on 19.03.2019 to various authorities including the Station House Officer of Jeedimetla Police Station. This Writ Petition is filed on 20.03.2019. Even before the complaint is received by the Police, petitioner cannot allege that Police are refusing to register the crime and invoke jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. This is nothing but abuse of process of Court.

Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
