It is represented by both learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents that these writ petitions are covered by the order of a Division Bench of this Court in W.P.Nos.1727 and 2360 of 2015, dated 24.06.2015. However, when compared with the relief sought in the writ petition, it is clear that identical matters were considered by the Division Bench and the said matters were also argued by the learned counsel for the petitioner herein.

In view of the same, these writ petitions are dismissed following the order in W.P.No.1727 and 2360 of 2015 dated 24.06.2015 and for the reasons mentioned therein.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
