Shorn of details, the grievance of the petitioners, necessiating institution of this writ petition is that against the decision of Revenue Divisional Officer (RDO), Adilabad, dated 14.07.2017, cancelling the pattas, Revision is filed before the Joint Collector, Adilabad District and along with the said Revision, petitioners have also filed an application to stay the order passed by the RDO. But so far no orders are passed. Petitioners enclosed the copies of Revision as well as stay petition as material papers in this writ petition as Exs.P.1 and P.2.

In view of the same, without entering into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Joint Collector/Revisional Authority, Adilabad to consider the petition for stay of the orders of the RDO, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. Before passing such order, the Joint Collector is also directed to put on notice the 4th respondent. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
