HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.531 OF 2017 ORAL ORDER:
Heard Sri T. Koteshwara Prasad, learned counsel for the revision petitioner, and perused the material on record.

3. Permission is accorded to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty as requested.
4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
