This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.677 of 2013 from the file of the Family Court, Vijayawada, Krishna District and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar to be tried along with O.P.No.148 of 2014.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after filing of the transfer petition, the petitioner and the respondent are staying under the same roof.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is not proper to keep the matter pending. Hence, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
