ORDER:

Petitioner complains that his tractor bearing No.AP 22 T 0272 and trailer No.AP 07 T 1525 were seized under vehicle check report No.419846 dated 10.03.2015 by the third respondent. Seeking release of the said vehicles, petitioner states that he has filed a representation dated 25.03.2015 before the second respondent and also paid requisite fee by way of demand draft and produced necessary documents along with the said representation. Alleging inaction, the present writ petition is filed.

2. In view of the fact that the second respondent is yet to consider the said representation, it is appropriate that the second respondent considers the aforesaid application of the petitioner. It is made clear that the second respondent may impose appropriate conditions, if he considers release of the vehicles to the petitioner. Keeping in view the ratio of the Division Bench judgment of this Court in SALEEM TOURS AND TRAVELS v. JOINT TRANSPORT COMMISSIONER AND SECRETARY, RTA, HYDERABAD, the second respondent shall, accordingly, pass appropriate orders within three (3) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
