Sri S.M. Subhan, learned counsel for the petitioner filed a letter into the Registry on 05.02.2016 stating that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the Labour Court.

2. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach the Labour Court. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
