This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the second respondent in suspending the authorization of the petitioner by his proceedings Rc.D1CS/2355/2016, dated 04.11.2016, basing on the 6-A Report, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition. 3.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
