THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 46829 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.1 to 5 in not registering a crime in spite of the complaints given by the petitioner, latest being the one dated 20.10.2016.

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, respondent No.5-Inspector of Police, Mirchowk filed a counter-affidavit, wherein, it is stated that based on the complaints given by the petitioner, Crime No.6 of 2017 was registered by the Station House Officer, Mirchowk Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 read with Section 34 IPC.

In view of registration of the above crime, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.
