THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1486 of 2014 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. is filed by the husband seeking to quash the order dated 8.6.2012 passed by the III Additional Munsif Magistrate, Ongole in issuing NBWs against the petitioner herein in Crl.M.P.No.263 of 2012 in M.C.No.17 of 1992 for failure of petitioner in complying with the conditional passed by the Court to pay arrears of maintenance amount of Rs.54,333/- on or before 29.5.2012. Learned counsel for the petitioner informed this Court that he has given up his vakalat long back and requested to issue notice to the petitioner. Whereas it is informed by the counsel appearing on behalf of first respondent-wife that the petitioner is not paying the maintenance amount from 2007 onwards.

In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Criminal Petition and the same is accordingly dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, filed in this revision shall stand closed. _________________ RAJA ELANGO,J 19.02.2016.
