Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to avail remedy under Section 452 Cr.P.C. against the order passed by the III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Anantapur in S.C.No.252 of 2014 confiscating the vehicle claimed by the petitioner.

Granting liberty as sought, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
