ORDER

This appeal is preferred against order dated 21-01-2009 in I.A.No.1076 of 2008 in O.S.No.17 of 2008 on the file of II Additional District Judge, Kadapa at Proddatur. The appellant herein is plaintiff in the above referred suit and in the suit, he filed I.A. seeking temporary injunction pending disposal of the suit restraining the defendants from alienating suit schedule property and that application was dismissed on merits. Questioning the said order, present appeal is preferred.

As per the office note, main suit O.S.No.17 of 2008 was disposed of on 16-08-2015. Though this matter is listed under the caption of "Specially Identified Cases", neither Advocate for the appellant present nor any representation is made on behalf of Advocate. Considering these aspects, appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
