HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Contempt Case No.1756 of 2016 Order:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order in W.P. No. 21909 of 2016 dated 09.08.2016. 2.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the respondents produced before this Court an order dated 15.09.2016 passed by the Chief General Manager/HRD on behalf of screening committee.

In view of the same, this Court feels that the order is not violated and accordingly the Contempt Case is closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved it is open to him to take appropriate legal proceedings in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
