The petitioners are accused Nos.3 and 6 in Crime No.166 of 2018 on the file of Maktal Police Station, Mahaboobnagar District, which was registered under Sections 420, 463, 465, 467,468 and 471 l.P.C. read with Section 34 I.P.C. This case was registered on the strength of respondent No.2's complaint. By way of this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., the petitioners/accused Nos.3 and 6 seek grant of anticipatory bail.
Heard Sri P.Ramachandran, learned counsel for the petitioners/accused Nos.3 and 6, and Ms. Thakur Roopa Singh, learned counsel representing Sri A.Ravi Shanker, learned counsel for the respondent No.2 I de facto complainant.
This Court is informed that accused Nos.l, 2,4 and 5 in this case have already been released on anticipatory bail. Perusal of the record reflects that the petitioners/accused Nos.3 and 6 are close relations of accused No.1. Their actual participation in the alleged wrong doing by accused No.1 would have to be established during trial. This Court is therefore of the opinion that they would be entitled to be released on par with the other accused in this case, who have already been granted anticipatory bail, subject to some conditions.
The Cdminal Petition is accordingly allowed. In the event of their arrest, the petitioners, accused Nos,3 and 6 in Crime No,166 of 2018 on the file of Maktal Police Station, Mahaboobnagar District,

J cn p No r55t of20lg Dl:29.4 2019 shall be released on bail upon their furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) each along with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the Station House Officer, Maktal Police Station, Mahaboobnagar District. They shall however abide by the conditions prescribed in Section 438 (2) Cr.P,C. and shall also report before the Station House Officer, Maktal Police Station/ on every Monday between 9 am and 11 am until the filing of the charge sheet.
Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
