This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners-A1 to A3 under Sections 436 and 439 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant bail to them in Crime No.354 of 2015-16 on the file of Paderu Prohibition & Excise Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 20(b) (ii)(c ) r/w Section 8 of the NDPS Act. Heard and perused the material available on record. It is alleged that the petitioners were found transporting 269 kgs of ganja.
