Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Revenue (TG) and Sri Dominic Fernandes, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Indian Oil Corporation.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that on 26.02.2018, the respondent Corporation responded to the representation, dated 09.01.2018, of the petitioner. A copy of the said letter is placed on record by the learned Standing Counsel.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to assail the same, if he is advised to do so. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
