THE HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NO.1766 of 2007 ORDER:

When the matter came up for hearing on 06.03.2015 learned counsel for the petitioner was not present and there was no representation on his behalf. Hence the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "For Dismissal" on 16.03.2015. Even today, when the case is called none appears for the petitioner and there is no representation on his behalf.

Therefore, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
