THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI CONTEMPT CASE No.1211 OF 2017 ORDER:

This application is filed under Section 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, alleging wilful disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 28.04.2017 in W.P.M.P.No.18374 of 2017 in W.P.No.14856 of 2017.

Counter affidavit is filed by Deputy Tahsildar (CS), enclosing a copy of the acknowledgment dated 12.06.2017, said to have been given by the petitioner herein. The said acknowledgment shows that the seized vehicle is received by the petitioner, from the Deputy Tahsildar (CS) Kodagandla, on 12.06.2017.

In view of the above, the Contempt Case is closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
