This revision petition is filed under Section 115 of Civil Procedure Code assailing the order dated 16.12.2015 passed in I.A.No.312 of 2015 in A.S.No.89 of 2011 on the file of the Family Court-cum-Additional District Judge, Khammam. 2.

As per the list furnished by the Registry, the first appellate Court disposed the appeal on 28.07.2017. In view of the disposal of the appeal, the very purpose of filing this revision has become infructuous.

In view of the same, the C.R.P. is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
