In the light of the common order passed by this Court in a batch of contempt cases and writ petitions, viz., WP Nos.12304, 19188 of 2012 and CC No.1925 of 2013 & batch, dated 23.01.2015, no separate order needs to be passed in this writ petition, except reserving liberty to the petitioners to seek redressal of their grievance, if any, pursuant to the fresh orders passed by the respondent-authorities. Subject to the above observation and liberty, the writ petition is closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
