This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ accused Nos.3 and 5 for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in Crime No.583 of 2018 of Jubilee Hills Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences alleged under Sections 302, 498A read with 109 I.P.C. and Sections 3, 4 and 6 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/ accused Nos.3 and 5 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/ State. Perused the record.

The earlier bail application of the petitioners/ accused Nos.3 and 5 was dismissed by this Court vide order, dated 25.02.2019, in Crl.P.No.914 of 2019. There are no change of circumstances. 4 .

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
