Learned counsel for petitioners seeks liberty to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file appeal before the Gram Panchayat under Section 128(1) of the Panchayat Raj Act. The petitioner is given liberty to file appeal within one week from today by enclosing a c opy of this order. The appeal, if filed, the Gram Panchayat looks into all the grievances including interim measure requested by petitioner within one week thereafter.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
