This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
"Issue a Writ, Order or direction, one more particularly in the nature of a "Writ of Mandamus" declaring the action of the Ist Respondent in issuing proceedings being in Proceedings F.No.SRCAPP1234/D.E.C.Ed/AP.201213/44799 Dated 31.07.2012 and thereby rejecting the request of the petitioners for grant of recognition for D.EI.Ed course in favour of the 2nd petitioner institution as being illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, and set aside the said proceedings issued by the 1st Respondent vide F.No.SRCAPP1234/D.E.C.Ed/AP.2012- 13/44799 Dated 31.07.2012 and further direct the 1st respondent to forthwith grant recognition in favour of the 2nd petitioner institution for starting D.EI.Ed Course." When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners as also the learned counsel for the respondents that the subject matter in
the writ petition is squarely by the orders of the Court in W.P.No.2603 of 2015 dated 17.03.2015 and a copy of the same is placed on record. Following the said orders in W.P.No.2603 of 2015 dated 17.03.2015 and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition stands disposed of.
