Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Land Acquisition Officer concerned, obtain a copy of the Award and thereafter, take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

Permission is accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
