Heard Sri P.Giri Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri B.G.Ravinder Reddy, learned counsel for the respondent.

A notice bearing No.25.Q/ 870-23, dated 21-11-2006 issued by the respondent is under challenge in the present writ petition.

Initially, while ordering notice, this court granted interim stay of all further proceedings pursuant to the impugned notice dated 21-11-2006 subject to condition of the petitioner depositing a sum of Rs.5,000/ - with the respondent. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the said amount was deposited. To day when the matter is called, the learned counsel for the petitioner has furnished bankers cheque bearing No.987978, dated 03-07-2017 drawn on State Bank of India, Adarshnagar Branch, Hyderabad, in favour of Regional Director ESI Corporation, for an amount of Rs.4485/ - stating that the said amount is towards full and final settlement and no amount is due. The learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over the said bankers cheque to the learned counsel for the respondent.

Accordingly, while placing on record the above events, the writ petition stands disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
