Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking early disposal of I.D.No.166 of 2017 on the file of the 4th respondent.

Since the matter has been filed in the year 2017, the 4th respondent is directed to expeditiously dispose of the matter, preferably within a period of one (01) year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
