HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION Nos. 5180 and 20418 of 2002 COMMON ORDER:

W.P.No.5180 of 2002 is filed by the Executive Engineer, TSRTC, Karimnagar, seeking to issue a writ of certiorari calling for the record relating to and connected with I.D.No.103 of 2000 on the file of the Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Godavarikhani, and quash the award dated 27.08.2001 passed therein, while W.P.No.20418 of 2002 is filed by the workman seeking to issue a writ of certiorari calling for the record in the afore-stated I.D. and quash the very same award insofar as denial of regularization from the date of initial engagement i.e., 25.07.1992.

When the matters are taken up for hearing today, learned counsel for the workman and learned standing counsel for TSRTC have submitted that a memo dated 03.08.2018 is filed by the workman before the Registry stating that the workman had secured employment as an Assistant Executive Engineer in Irrigation Department and, hence, no further orders are necessary in both the writ petitions. 3.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the workman and as the writ petitions are filed against the very same award passed in I.D.No.103 of 2000, both the writ petitions are closed.
