The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the cause in the Revision does not survive for further adjudication and seeks its dismissal.

Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Revision is, therefore, dismissed, as having become infructuous, at the admission stage, but however, without costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand dismissed.
