HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION NO.7260 of 2009 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the proceedings Rc.No.A4/7829/2008 dated 9.2.2009 issued by the 2nd respondent in appointing Sri R.V. Bramaiah as Grade I Executive Officer of Sri Narayana Swamy Temple, Mittapalem village, Chandrasekarapuram Mandal, as custodian of the subject mutts as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter came up for hearing, learned Government Pleader based on written instructions of the Assistant Commissioner, Endowments Department, Ongole, dated 9.10.2018, submitted that Sri R.V.Bramhaiah, Executive Officer of Mittapalem, retired and subsequently died. He further submitted that the institutions are in possession of the petitioner, as on today, since he has obtained exemption from operation of Section 15 and 29 of the A.P. Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987 (Act 30/1987).

In view of the written instructions issued by the Assistant Commissioner of Endowments Department dated 9.10.2018, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition.
