HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.20624 OF 2002 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment in the post of G.V.V.K.School Teacher of Muchimpula Thanda, Nallabelly Mandal, Warangal District on par with other candidates. This Court on 11.10.2002, while admitting the writ petition granted interim direction to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment to the post of G.V.V.K.School Teacher. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order dated 11.10.2002, passed by this Court in WP.MP.No.25822 of 2002. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
