THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO AND THE HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE ANIS WRIT PETITION No. 13817 OF 2002 O R D E R: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Nooty Ramamohana Rao) This Writ Petition is preferred by the Director of Insurance of the composite State and the Joint Director of the said Department against the orders passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal in O.A. No. 10034 of 2001 on 02.01.2002. O.A. was, in fact, instituted against an order passed by the Director of Insurance on 20.06.2001 transferring the respondent herein from Vijayawada to Srikakulam. Now that an interim order was granted by this Court staying the operation of the order passed by the Tribunal while admitting this Writ Petition, we consider that the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for further adjudication and accordingly, confirming the interlocutory order of stay of the operation of the order passed by the Tribunal, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
