Advocate for 2nd respondent filed memo, dated 13.03.2015, stating that sole revision petitioner died on 09.11.2014 at Christian Medial College, Vellore, Tamilnadu State, and after demise of sole revision petitioner, his son who is staying at USA and widow of revision petitioner contacted 2nd respondent i.e., present landlord on phone and represented that they have no objection to handover vacant and physical possession of subject property.

2. Considering the memo and also the fact that sole revision petitioner died on 09.11.2014, this revision is dismissed. No costs.
