No representation for petitioners.

Heard learned counsel for 2nd respondent/complainant and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor and perused the record. As there is a prima-facie accusation contained in the FIR against the petitioners/A.1 to A.3, this Court is of the considered opinion that a thorough investigation needs to be conducted in respect of the complaint allegations. Hence the Police of Yerpedu P.S, Tirupati Urban District are directed to complete the investigation expeditiously and file report. However, during the course of investigation, the Police are directed to strictly follow the procedure contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. towards the petitioners/A.1 to A.3. The petitioners shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
