This criminal petition under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioners/A.1 and A.2 seeking bail in crime No.46 of 2015 on the file of the Kallur Police Station, Chittoor District, registered for the offence under Sections 307, 353, 109, 379, 120-B and 190 IPC, and Sections 29 and 32 of Forest Act and Rule 3 of the Sandalwood Transit Rules, Section 29 of the Wild Life (Protection) Act and Sections 55(2) and 58 of the Biological Diversity Act, and Sections 3 and 5 of the Prevention of Damages to Public Property Act and Sections 24(A), 24(B) and Section 25 (1-AAA) of Arms Act. Heard and perused.

The allegation against the petitioners herein is that the petitioners were illegally transporting the red sandal logs. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the crime. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner herein.
