Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus, by directing the respondents to produce Duvvuru Subhash s/o Sarashchandra, aged 28 years (for short, 'the alleged detenu'), before the Court and set him at liberty.

As directed by this Court by order dated 20.02.2018, respondent No.5 is personally present.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home (A.P.) submitted that on 21.02.2018, an FIR was registered and the alleged detenu was arrested, and that on being produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate, the alleged detenu was released on the same day. This submission is admitted by Sri T. Nagarjuna Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner.

In the light of the above events, which have taken place after the filing of this Writ Petition, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.
