O R D E R
This Criminal Petition is filed before this Court for grant of bail to the Petitioners who are arrayed as accused Nos.2 and 3 in FIR No.56 of 2026 of Ameenpur Police Station, Sangareddy District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143(2), 144(2) of the BNS, (Sections 370,
- 2 - 370(A) of the IPC) and Sections 3(2)(a), 4 and 5 of the Prevention of Immoral Trafficking Act, 1956.

The case of the prosecution is that, on 22.01.2026, the SI of Police, while on duty had received credible information, regarding the running of a brothel house and he conducted raid at Road No.05, RR Homes, wherein he found accused Nos.1 to 3 and also the victims and on enquiry, they revealed that accused No.1 is running the brothel house and accused Nos.1 and 3 are customers and the police have registered a case for the above said offences.

Heard Sri Jella Srikanth, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners as well as Sri M. Ramachandra Reddy, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent of the said allegations and none of the sections are attracted to the petitioners and even according to the prosecution, they are only customers and they are in jail since 23.01.2026. Therefore, he prayed the Court to grant bail to them by allowing this criminal petition.

On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners stating that it is a human trafficking case and the petitioners herein are customers. Therefore, he prayed the Court to dismiss the criminal petition.

In the light of the submissions made by both the learned counsel and upon perusal of the material available on record, it appears that the petitioners herein are arrayed as accused Nos.2 and 3 and according to the prosecution, they are the customers of the brothel house and they are in jail since 23.01.2026. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the nature of the allegations, the stage of investigation, the duration of incarceration, this Court finds it appropriate to grant bail to the petitioners, subject to the following conditions:
i.
The petitioners shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.15,000/- each (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only), with two sureties for a
- 4 - like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class at Sangareddy.
ii.
The petitioners shall appear before the concerned SHO at 11:00 a.m., on every Monday for a period of eight (8) weeks or till filing of charge sheet whichever is earlier, for the purpose of investigation, and thereafter, as and when required.
iii.
The petitioners shall abide by the conditions stipulated in Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C. (presently, Section 480(3) of the BNSS).

Accordingly, the Criminal petition is allowed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
