Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/accused and also learned Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent-State and before ordering notice to the 2nd respondent in both the cases. This Court is not in a position to admit the quash petitions and interdict the trial, but for left open all available defence of the accused during trial including from the expressions of the Apex Court in Bhushan Kumar Vs. State (NCT of Delhi)1 and Arvind Kejriwal & Others Vs. Amit Sibal and Another2. Accordingly and in the result, the Criminal Petitions are disposed of.
