This Criminzrl Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioner/ accused to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.B155 of 2022 on the file of learned XVII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad registered for the offences under Sections 354D and 5O6 of the Indian Penal Code (for short 'lPC').

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. Perused the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner/accused would subrnit that an Advocate would represent the petitioner/ accused.

In the event of the petitioner/ accused filing at-l application under Section 2O5 of Cr.P.C., the same shall be considered by the Trial Court on conditions.
