Respondents/Defacto Complainant Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to grant advance/pre-arrest anticipatory bail to the petitioner, directing the 1st respondent to release him forthwith in case of his arrest in connection with the above said false allegations made by the defacto complainant/R2 in IV Town P.S., Visakhapatnam, pending trial in the above said un-registered case, in the interest of justice.
