Learned counsel for the petitioner Sri P.Ravi Kiran, submits that, as all the facts were not mentioned in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, he has instructions from his client to withdraw the writ petition and to file a fresh writ petition. Therefore, he seeks permission for the same. Permission accorded and the writ petition is dismissed as withdraw with liberty as prayed for.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
