The sole appellant filed this appeal, challenging the judgment in A.S.No.46 of 2013, dated 09.07.2014 on the Iile of VIII Additional District Judge, Miryatguda, whereby, the appellant herein was directed to pay maintenance amount of Rs.1,500/- per month to the respondent, by the I lOth of every succeeding month.

When the matter is taken up, it is reported by the learned counsel for appellant that appellant is no more and as the suit is for maintenance, there is no necessity for bringing on record the LRs of the sole appellant. 3.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs.

Pending Miscellaneous applications, if ary, shall stand closed.
