Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would represent that on filing of charge sheet by the Investigating Officer and on committal, the Sessions Division assigned S.C.No.289 of 2015 and the case was made over to the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Proddatur, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous at admission stage.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
